Option:
Any information on occupancy is subject to subsequent confirmed reservations.
An option is possible by explicit request only.

Deposit:
A reservation is only guaranteed by the deposit equal to the first night (for 2)
or to 30% of a 4-night minimum stay.
Confirmation is sent thereafter.

Cancellation:
In case of a cancellation:
Up to 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit is fully reimbursed.
Less than 8 days prior to arrival, full payment of the stay is owed.

Payment:
By cheque, cash or wire transfer.
